Our Mission
BCS Mission Group exists to support organizations doing meaningful work — by providing skilled labor and practical help that strengthens their impact. Wherever there’s a need, we show up with tools, teamwork, and a whole lot of heart.

And the best part? Anyone can be part of the mission — even if finances are tight. Volunteers never have to carry the entire cost to be a part of the mission. BCS covers the majority of the costs, or partner organizations can sponsor the work, making service opportunities accessible to more people. Why It Matters

EMPOWERING THE WORK THAT MATTERS
Many nonprofits and mission groups have the heart — but not always the manpower. Beach City Stairs provides skilled, reliable labor so they can tackle repairs, renovations, and community projects without the burden of cost or staffing.

STRENGTHENING COMMUNITIES
When these organizations have
the support they need, they can
expand their impact, help more
families, and create safer,
stronger communities.

OPENING ACCESS FOR VOLUNTEERS
We believe everyone should have the chance to serve. That’s why we cover travel and project expenses, making it possible for anyone to step in and help.
How We Make Missions Possible
Because everyone deserves the chance to serve.
BCS Mission Group is built on partnership. Mission work requires real resources, but we believe financial limitations should never stand in the way of someone who feels called to serve.
Each volunteer begins with a 25% commitment deposit, which helps secure mission logistics and ensures every trip is responsibly funded. This deposit is designed to be offset through fundraising, and our team works closely with every volunteer to help them reach their goal.
From fundraising tools and templates to guidance, coaching, and encouragement, BCS supports you every step of the way. Many volunteers are surprised by how achievable fundraising becomes with the right structure and support—and often reduce their final out-of-pocket cost to little or nothing.
Fundraising isn’t just about covering costs. It invites others into the mission, turning individual service into a shared act of generosity, prayer, and purpose.
For full details, please review our Financial Grant Disclosure. Our fundraising packet provides clear steps, proven strategies, and ongoing support to help you confidently meet your goal.
